Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SNF. We appreciate that you enjoy buying the things we build and hope you have a rewarding experience as you browse, evaluate and purchase our products.

As with any shopping experience, some terms and conditions apply to transactions at SNF. We will be as brief as possible. The main thing to remember is that you agree to the terms set forth below, along with SNF’s privacy policy, by placing an order or making a purchase at SNF.
If there is a problem with the product you have purchased, or if you are not satisfied with it, you have seven days to issue a refund and return your item.
If you wish to return a product, the only way is to follow the guidelines below:


At SNF, our customers enjoy the ability to have the best products. Every product you choose is inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to make sure you fall in love with our products.

However, there are times when we may not have the product(s) you choose in stock, or we may encounter some problems with our inventory and quality control. In these cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed of this in advance so that you do not have a hard time with our system.

If you have purchased via online payment (not cash on delivery), you will be reimbursed once our team confirms your request.

Once our team confirms your order, We carry out thorough quality control before processing the ordered item. We take the utmost care in packaging the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packaging is correct so that the items are not damaged during transportation. Please note that SNF is not responsible for damage caused to items during transit or vehicle.

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and follow the guidelines above; we will proceed with the refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified upon receipt of your money.


SNF is not responsible for return shipping costs. However, SNF will ship the product free if the customer’s complaint supports the development.

Product availability and limitations

Due to some of our products’ popularity and supply limitations, SNF may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us; we are manufacturing them as fast as we can. SNF reserves the right to change the quantities available for sale.

In addition, there may be occasions when SNF confirms your order but later realizes that it cannot supply the product ordered. If we cannot provide the product you requested, SNF will cancel the order and refund your purchase price.
